Monster Jam Steel Titans Trailer

Monster Jam Steel Titans Review

In the article we will be talking about Monster Jam Steel Titans review, gameplay, performance.

Somebody wanted to see what trucks are in the game we've got we'll go through it here these are all the early ones I did by zombie.

But the other ones were given to you doing the career whoop blue thunder kind of want them to load a little bit.

So you can see them a bunch Alto row and that's it so there you go that's the trucks that are in the game for right now.

I don't know if they have DLC plan or not come on give me ten out of ten did this and steam and then hit this super fast after we get a massive lag spike .

We still have our horns that was a good one that was a wheelie count that as a power out another bicycle jumping from bicycle to big air to backflip double backflip.

Multiplier who's a bunch come on yeah got it what we're doing awesome we're insane we get all of it yeah we're what I don't know if we can get all of it.

But we got some we going no got it I think we got most of it most of maybe you could have done that truck on top.

The game is fun, it is very fun but it is it does have its flaws and the biggest fall for me that I find myself being kind of frustrated with the times or the physics.

So the physics are fun they actually can be really fun and really goofy and you can do some crazy wild video game stuff with it and enjoy it a lot.

But also get frustrated because sometimes I'm playing and on back or on the side of the truck or get stuck in an infinite loop of just trying to do power outs.

Because the ground physics can get a bit weird sometimes I also wish the in air physics were more consistent I mean at times I'll do a backflip and it feels really good it feels like the rotation the weight of the truck feels pretty good.

Other times I'll hit a backflip and it feels like the truck weighs nothing and I'll do like 10 backflips in a row.

So I wish the weight of the truck was more consistent and would feel heavier overall you know just doing these races and hitting jumps and stuff it doesn't feel too bad.

You can also separate the controls so that you have independent front and rear turning when you start up the game it's a single stick control. So you control both the back and front and rear tires with the same thumb stick.

A decent amount of selection for trucks I kind of wish they would and maybe they will as far as DLC goes release like a retired trucks pack.

I mean they'd have to be working with Feld on that one so I really don't know how the DLC will work or if there will be any.

Monster Jam Steel Titans Physics and Performance

Monster Jam Steel Titans a really fun game but there are things that do annoy me and in the physics it's like the physics is kind of a love hate relationship.

I love it when it's really goofy and you can do insane stuff but yet it really bothers me when it just doesn't it just it's really inconsistent and you'll get some weird bounces sometimes.

I mean I'm not saying it's a bad game I'm just saying you know just kind of thinking out loud that's kind of how I feel about it I really feel.

I feel like it would have done really a lot better in my opinion I feel like $30 would have made it I mean I don't know how well the games sold.

But I feel like more people might have been more interested if it was selling for 30 instead of 40 especially if there's gonna be some kind of a DLC you know a road map I guess for DLC.

I really don't know any of the plans or how that's gonna work I feel like it would have sold better at 30 but that's just opinion.

The freeride area here in Monster Jam Steel Titans is a really big area it's a very big freeride area does give you some incentive to explore it a little bit and go for the like in MX vs. ATV games.

Go for the gears and and what not it does have an upgrading system where you can improve the truck over time you can also choose different loadouts like marina.

You can have the specific setup for arena or freestyle or whatever like you can get different setups.

Now the frame rate on console on PC depending on what kind of PC you have probably isn't too big of a deal on PlayStation don't really know but on Xbox it runs really good.

But it does have its moments where it does drop frames and it can be kind of annoying I mean it's something that I've kind of I just settle for it's like.

Overall it's not bad I don't feel like it's bad but it definitely does drop frames sometimes and again that's why I feel like it would have been solid $30 game release.

But that's just opinion not saying it's not worth 40 it's whoever's playing it rivers looking at it but in my opinion that's kind of how I feel about the game.

Monster Jam Steel Titans Gameplay

I'm trying to think if there's anything else I mean the game is kind of short it's basically you do the same things over and over again.

You'll hit an arena do the two wheel combo the freestyle and the stadium or and head to head then you'll move on to the next one and do the same thing.

So it's kind of the same thing over and over again but I don't know I never felt like it was too repetitive I know I've seen some people saying that they thought it was repetitive. But I never felt like it was that bad I mean this is something different from anything.

Final Words

I feel like it is a solid game I believe it's worth picking up especially if you're a big Monster Jam monster truck fanatic but in my opinion I feel like it would have been better to sell it for 30 instead of 40 especially if there is gonna be a plan DLC.
