The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners Review

In this article we will also talk about The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners Gameplay and Review. Here are the first impressions of The Walking Dead: saints and sinners, in which we will talk with respect to VR gameplay mostly.

It's more an RPG light like you scavenge and pick up stuff and then you can craft items and you can pick up different weapons you have a backpack what I was impressed with was the kind of inventory system game mechanics where they had like two spots for your weapons right for immediate access.

In The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, you can put your gun or a knife here you know ammo packs where you guys actually clip in your guns.

If you're low on ammo that's probably the only thing it took me like a minute to get used to but yes crazy like that's why I told you something best domain comparison to blood and truth from the customization of the weapons.

But this one it feels like there's a lot more and I think the game developers touched on it like it feels like literally everything in that thing is interactive from the pillowcases to the vase.

You can break off a vase and use it as a shank so it's just they make everything feel like it's touchable so where if you need a weapon you're scrambling you can just pick up something Randy you can pick up a stick it might not have as much of an effect as a nice.

But you can still trying to throw everything in stone and I threw a pillow at somebody though is trying to shoot me it's crazy in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners.

The thing about it is I think they told us that like even if you kill a human you have to like make sure they're really dead or they'll turn into tonight donkey if you don't either ask them or knife them in the skull or shoot them in the skull they will come back as a walk thing is cool.

The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Release Date, Gameplay, Review and Everything We Know

In The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, if you're just doing the main story aside maintain what I like to was about how you know if you decide to kill a certain human or you befriend them that has consequences in terms of that particular side storyline or the main storyline and how you played and and what's interesting is set in New Orleans.

They're using kind of this post apocalyptic plus like some sort of flooding as well, so they're making it so like each area is basically a small little island surrounded by water and you got to take a little boat around and that's how you get to the different areas and they just kind of adds to the kind of nature of of they didn't say so much.

It was like a total open world because they said the main mission does lead you down certain ways but at times you can kind of sidetracked yourself and go do side missions and go if you need like medicine or a weapon or something you can go to another place the thing also that I liked as well what's with the combat with the zombies.

Let's say you stick the knife in their head yeah it's not like this stick the knife in the head and then that's it, it's like you actually have to yank pull it out first of all you have to put it in deep because you don't put it deep enough he's not dead and then after you get the yank it out use one hand they've two handed weapons you're grabbing it with two hands in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners.

I felt like I was actually getting chased by zombies well I do but do you think it's cool like when you actually stick something or you like have two pokes I'm just like and it does the effect for you and everything yeah.

One thing I want to ask you because at first I got a little I was a little apprehensive because I get I do get motion sickness from VR or especially you would locomotion which is when you move you kinda your body doesn't move but your character moves yeah I'm used to teleportation a lot in games this one had locomotion. They had some vignetting on it a little bit not a lot but it helped with the movement.

I didn't get to like I didn't feel queasy or sick like you're moving around and it like moves the stuff moves around yeah like I didn't feel too sick.

The other games I've played before where you do locomotion like and there's no Vinny ending or maybe there's a little bit so I was kind of impressed by that yeah I didn't have any issues when it came to like dizziness or anything like that even though I felt like I was moving around a lot and now you have to use your like little controller to like actually move your person.

I didn't have any like motion or business like once I got out of it but I could see but the thing about it is like it felt like it was that a good enough pace where I could actually see myself not having an issue being in there for a couple hours at a time rather than just taking breaks like every 20 - 30 minutes or something like that but I didn't have any issues.

Te graphics in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinnersare pretty good I mean obviously for VR, VR is never going to meet console or high end pcs because of the nature of it but they were pretty good and they had a lot of movements fi murders in one part they asked me to jump I could vault over struggling with other rail yeah and then when I finally guys like.

This is cool there's just a lot to do a lot to see you know obviously we gotta wait till the full game comes out to see how we'll put together we didn't there was like maybe some minor glitches or bugs nothing that I couldn't leave me, nothing that they can I try to grab something and if not but that wasn't like a big deal.

I think they have more than enough time to fix any other lagging or any other issues in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, that they had, I don't think I had any real errors or anything in my gameplay yeah so I mean overall that was a good experience it surprised me at how much time and effort they put into this. It's a sky dance interactive in cooperation with skybound entertainment coming out next year.

Final Words

It's the one we played on The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners oculus, rift but they haven't when I asked them you know what platforms they were like they haven't an outside yeah so we're kind of cross interfere I'm hoping it's coming out to the quest I hope so.

I hope so like this besides Iron Man I think this would I don't have many most anticipated like VR games but I'm definitely looking forward to this one because I took told you like I think the thing about it is even if you're not a Walking Dead fan this can't be like a you're killing that your result you're doing a zombie killing game.

You can approach it like that's how I'm approached so they mentioned the story technically is part of this the Canon yeah of The Walking Dead: universe but it's not really directly so for me. There's nothing you don't need to know any characters or storylines you can kind of jump right in and be totally fine it kind of exists on its own yeah I think that was a smart move.
